I recently stayed at Hotel NH Iquique and had a great experience. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making sure we felt welcome. Due to a small issue that was resolved the next day, they kindly sent a complimentary dessert to our three rooms, which was a thoughtful gesture that we truly appreciated.

The place is very nice, clean, well decorated. The rooms have enough space and the linen in the beds is impeccable. They have courtesy water, tea and coffee, room tidying and cleaning daily. The location is perfect, near Playa Brava, The Peninsula and Cavancha, all at a walkable distance. The rooftop is beautiful, with a cold jacuzzi and a bar, with view to the ocean. They also have a 24/7 gym. The staff is very friendly and attentive. They also have a baggage store service for when you check out, and they also offer late check out. An overall great experience.

The hotel is very well located, the staff is very friendly and attentive, the rooms are spacious and very clean, with panoramic views to the city and a black out courtain for better sleeping. There's always water available, a nice coffee maker and a kettle for tea. An overall good experience.

The hotel was generally quiet and comfortable. We had breakfast and dinner in the restaurant and both were excellent.

Lovely. The room was modern and clean. The shower was hot and the water pressure was good. Good WiFi and good location. I would stay again.

New hotel i think or newly redecorated. Everything looks new. Dinner was good and one of the best breakfast selections in entire chile.
